Red cells flow past your head. Platelets drift by. Answer hematology questions correctly to seal wounds. Get it wrong and... well, blood keeps flowing. HoloLens spatial mapping aligns virtual blood cells PERFECTLY with the physical tunnel walls—the illusion is genuinely creepy-good. Our simulation renders thousands of flowing cells without dropping frames (smooth blood flow, smooth learning). Quiz difficulty adapts so struggling attendees learn rather than suffer. Correct answers trigger wound-sealing animations that feel genuinely satisfying. CSL-Behring got the most photographed booth at ASH (American Society of Hematology). Everyone wanted to try 'the artery tunnel.' Everyone.
